The Customer Analytics section provides reports that analyze how customers interact with a brand, from their first interaction through purchase and post-purchase activity. It offers both individual-level and aggregated views of customer data, helping businesses understand behavior, attribution, and performance trends across the funnel.

The Customer Analytics section includes three core reports: Order List, Customer List, and Cohort Analysis. Together, they provide a comprehensive overview of customer activity, purchase behavior, and long-term performance, supporting data-driven analysis and optimization.

The Customer Analytics reports are available for all e-commerce subscription plans.
