Ads Manager

Ads Manager: overview

The Ads Manager functionality in RedTrack provides information about where your traffic originates, based on the roles you assign to the additional parameters included in all your tracking links. The report is designed to present all data across all campaigns in a familiar layout for users familiar with Meta/Google Analytics reports.

If Ads Manager or certain features within it are not visible/available in your account, please contact [email protected].

To work with RT Ads Manager you should:

  1. Check whether your traffic channel is available for automation to manage objects and/or set a daily budget in RT Ads Manager.
  2. Configure the RT_roles for the traffic channel you plan to work with.

If you change the budget on the Meta side, in RedTrack, the actual data (status) will be updated every 30 minutes.
This feature is currently available only for Meta and TikTok.

In the Daily budget column, you can change the budget amount at the Campaign or Adgroup level, depending on the settings.
To do that, click on the pencil icon → add the budget amount in the modal window → click Save to apply the changes:

In TikTok‘s you can set a daily budget or a lifetime budget:

If you update the budget on the Meta side, in RedTrack, the actual data (daily budget) will be updated every 30 minutes, not immediately.
