Ads Manager
Ads Manager: overview
The Ads Manager functionality in RedTrack provides information about where your traffic originates, based on the roles you assign to the additional parameters included in all your tracking links. The report is designed to present all data across all campaigns in a familiar layout for users familiar with Meta/Google Analytics reports.
To work with RT Ads Manager you should:
- Check whether your traffic channel is available for automation to manage objects and/or set a daily budget in RT Ads Manager.
- Configure the RT_roles for the traffic channel you plan to work with.
RT_roles check
RT_roles should be configured in the traffic channel template (in most templates, the roles are already in place):
Parameter Name/Description | Role |
Campaign ID | Cid |
Adgroup ID | Gid |
Ad ID | Aid |
Placement ID | Pid |

Traffic channels available for automation in RT Ads Manager
Ads Manager is available for all traffic channels, but only several of them are eligible for automation at the moment:
Traffic channel | Status change (On/Off) | Daily budget/ Life time budget |
Meta (Facebook) | Available | Available |
TikTok | Available | Available for Daily budget and Life time |
NewsBreak | Available | Not Available |

To analyse the report within a chosen data slice, filter it by Date → then needed Offer/ Brand or Traffic channel or simply Search by ID object/ID → press Apply/Refresh:

You can decide for yourself which columns you want to see in the report. To customize your columns, click on the Columns button:

Without accessing your Meta/TikTok/Newsbreak account, you can enable or disable objects with a target ID (API integration uses Campaign ID, Adgroup, and Ad ID) in RedTrack via Ads manager. To do that, you need to enable/disable the ON/OFF toggle next to the object:

In the Daily budget column, you can change the budget amount at the Campaign or Adgroup level, depending on the settings.
To do that, click on the pencil icon → add the budget amount in the modal window → click Save to apply the changes:
