Partnership portal: overview
What is a Partnership portal?
The Partnership portal in RedTrack is a branded partner portal that allows you to manage, track, and optimize partnerships with publishers efficiently. It consists of two environments:
- Admin panel – your standard RedTrack interface, where you configure campaigns, payouts, traffic channels, and publisher access.
- Publisher panel (branded portal) – a separate, branded workspace where your partners can access campaigns, tracking links, reports, and payment information.
All available features are controlled by the admin through Whitelabel and Traffic Channel settings, ensuring that publishers only see the campaigns and tools assigned to them.
The Partnership portal key benefits include:
- centralized campaign management: publishers access campaigns, tracking links, and creatives in one branded portal.
- reduced manual workload: no need to manually send tracking links or export and share reports.
- transparent performance tracking: publishers can view real-time statistics, conversion logs, and balances independently.
- controlled campaign access: traffic channels and whitelabel settings ensure that publishers see only the campaigns assigned to them.
- scalable affiliate operations: easily manage multiple publishers without introducing additional external tools.
- improved partner experience: a branded, self-service portal builds trust and streamlines collaboration.
This guide provides an overview of the Publisher Panel and outlines the mandatory steps to activate it.
