First of all, check, if you have set the correct postback in your campaign settings/API integration is up and running.
Check the postback/API postback logs to see if RedTrack is sending anything.
If the postback is correct and is in place, there is some data in logs, check if the click ID data is received from the traffic channel: go to Logs -> Clicks -> check the ref id column and see if there is any data available there.
If there is no data, check if you received it from your traffic channel -> your tracking link should contain traffic channel macro={ref_id}.
