First of all:

  • Check if the “Don’t show costs” toggle is off. It hides your cost data by default;
  • Check if there are any costs in the logs. If there is something, the costs are received, and the reason is probably the missing column or the “Don’t show costs” toggle;

If it didn’t help, let's check the integration further.

Your traffic channel is not integrated via the API:

  • Check if the cost macro is in place in the traffic channel settings and in the tracking link;
  • If no cost macro is supported, check if the cost value and correct cost model are set in the campaign settings;
  • Make sure the tracking link with the cost macro is added to the traffic channel itself;

Your traffic channel is integrated via the API:

  • Make sure the “Auto-update cost” toggle is on in the campaign settings;
  • Check if the cost model in the campaign settings is correct. For the API integration, it should be CPC;
  • Make sure the sub-values are being received in the campaign report or click logs (costs are linked to ad or adset, or campaign id). If the necessary sub-parameter is missing, costs cannot be recorded and attributed. If there are no values, check if you have added them to your tracking campaign on the traffic channel side. Refer to our guides to make sure you add the parameters in the right place;
  • Go to your traffic channel settings and check if the correct roles are assigned to the subs: Traffic channels → edit the target channel → additional parameters.
    There should be:
    Aid assigned to the ad id,
    Gid assigned to the adset id
    Cid assigned to the campaign id.
    The system accepts only one parameter to have one of these roles.
  • Check if the traffic channel is integrated correctly step by step as described in our documentation;
    Some channels, such as Facebook or Google, disconnect you from time to time automatically (approximately once a month), so this can be the reason.
    If you hesitate - always reconnect;
  • If your traffic channel is Google, ensure you are not running a performance max campaign. In that case, ad ids are not being sent at all. If it is the one, change the cost update level to a lower one: adset or campaign.
