Ao acompanhar cada coorte durante per\u00edodos espec\u00edficos, podes analisar a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes, o comportamento de compras repetidas, o crescimento da receita, o valor vital\u00edcio (LTV) e as mudan\u00e7as nos padr\u00f5es de gastos. Esta abordagem facilita a compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre clientes novos e recorrentes, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de tend\u00eancias a longo prazo e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto das estrat\u00e9gias de marketing, produto e reten\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-668ee0631eb7cf6ae39169a2d5e5b1fe\">O relat\u00f3rio de an\u00e1lise de cohort \u00e9 gerado usando o banco de dados de clientes da marca selecionada.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como ativar a An\u00e1lise de Coorte<\/h2>\n\n<p>Para garantir relat\u00f3rios de an\u00e1lise de cohort precisos, as seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser atendidas:<\/p>\n\n<p>1. Uma Compra est\u00e1 definida corretamente.<br\/>Deve ser rastreada como uma convers\u00e3o com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>Compra<\/strong> atribu\u00edda nas configura\u00e7\u00f5es de tipos de convers\u00e3o. Apenas as convers\u00f5es marcadas como compras s\u00e3o inclu\u00eddas nos c\u00e1lculos de coorte. <\/p>\n\n<p>2. Voc\u00ea pode optar por visualizar o comportamento do cliente por <strong>dia, semana, m\u00eas, trimestre ou ano<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecionar per\u00edodos mais curtos (por exemplo, dias ou semanas) fornece insights mais detalhados, enquanto per\u00edodos mais longos (por exemplo, meses, trimestres ou anos) oferecem uma vis\u00e3o mais ampla das tend\u00eancias de longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div><div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"wp-block-ub-tabbed-content-tab-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-panel-2\" aria-labelledby=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-tab-2\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\n<p>A op\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel \u00e9 <strong>\u201cPrimeira Compra Em\u201d<\/strong>, que agrupa os clientes com base na data ou per\u00edodo em que fizeram sua primeira compra. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"wp-block-ub-tabbed-content-tab-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-panel-3\" aria-labelledby=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-tab-3\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio de cohort pode ser constru\u00eddo usando uma das quatro m\u00e9tricas principais:<br>1.<strong> Total de Compras <\/strong>mostra o n\u00famero total de pedidos feitos por clientes em um cohort ao longo do tempo.<br>2.<strong> Receita Total<\/strong> apresenta o valor total do dinheiro gerado por esse cohort.<br>3. <strong>Valor Vital\u00edcio (LTV)<\/strong> representa o valor total que um cohort gastou desde sua primeira compra at\u00e9 o per\u00edodo selecionado.<br>4. <strong>Valor M\u00e9dio do Pedido (AOV)<\/strong> mostra o valor m\u00e9dio gasto por transa\u00e7\u00e3o pelo cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div><div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"wp-block-ub-tabbed-content-tab-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-panel-4\" aria-labelledby=\"ub-tabbed-content-ced2a79e-84b0-475d-a463-c6b8e031fffc-tab-4\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\n<p>O filtro <strong>Segmento<\/strong> restringe os dados de coorte a um p\u00fablico espec\u00edfico.
